Cancellation Policy

Prepayment is required before the start of session. If payment has not been received the day of session, your session will be canceled and a new session will have to be scheduled. The new session will not be confirmed until the invoice has been settled via invoice. Missing two sessions will result in discontinued services. +unless excuse is accepted.
